Land-Motorsport heads to Circuit Zandvoort. The circuit in the dunes hosts both the DTM and ADAC GT Masters over the Pentecost weekend, and it’s a place where the team has celebrated many successes in the past. Expectations are high as the crew looks forward to another visit to the Dutch North Sea coast.
“Zandvoort always brings back great memories and I love racing here,” says Ricardo Feller, who took victory in the dunes in 2021 alongside Christopher Mies and took a crucial step towards the title. Two years earlier, Feller scored his first win in the series at this very track, also racing an Audi R8 LMS GT3 with Land-Motorsport.
Over the years, the team has brought plenty of trophies from Zandvoort back to Niederdreisbach. One of the first was claimed by Wolfgang Land himself, who finished a strong third in the 1991 Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland race at the North Sea. Since then, the team has earned a steady stream of points, podiums, and trophies.
The goal for 2025 is clear: “We want to score points in both the DTM and ADAC GT Masters and fight for the top positions,” says Christian Land. “The insights we gained last weekend at the Lausitzring and the good memories we have of Zandvoort, give us a lot of confidence.”
Speaking of good memories: Zandvoort was where Carrie Schreiner won her maiden Formula 1 Academy race. In the 2023 season of the junior series held on the F1 support bill, she triumphed over the strong competition. This time, however, she returns with a roof over her head and teammate Alain Valente at her side. Both drivers aim to build on the upward trend they started at the Lausitzring.
