After the long ADAC GT Masters summer break, the Land-Motorsport team will be participating from 30. August – 01. September in the ADAC Racing Weekend, when they’ll be steeling themselves for a gigantic task. In addition to the ADAC GT Masters, the squad will be starting in the GTC Race and also the Spezial Tourenwagen Trophy (STT).
“We’re anticipating a very special weekend. With three cars in three different series, we’ll be collecting a lot of kilometres and have plenty to offer to our fans,” says team manager Christian Land. “It’s the first time three cars will be driving at the ADAC GT Masters, GTC Race and STT at the same time. That means extensive and well thought out preparation – not least because there’s often little time between sessions.”
A full 9,5 hours of driving time is on the agenda. Our familiar driver pairings of Sandro-/ Juliano Holzem and Ivan Peklin / Konstantin Gutsul as well as Stefan Wieininger will be behind the wheel of the cars. Friday will be focussed on practice sessions, but on Saturday, things start getting serious, when for example the first ADAC GT Masters race takes place. You can follow the action at short notice live on-site. Entry to the ADAC Racing Weekend is free.
For those staying at home, the ADAC GT Masters TV partner Sport1 will be reporting live on the “Super Sports Car League” races. The GTC Race and STT qualifying sessions and races can also be streamed on YouTube.
